27 Oct 2013, Madrid, Spain — Madrid, Spain. 27th October 2013 — Thousands of people protest against the European Court of Human Rights ratifying the ‘Parot Doctrine’ allowing reductions on prison sentence for work carried out in prison and good behavior. — Thousands of people have gathered in Madrid to protest against a European court ruling which allowed the released of ETA member Ines del Rio Prada from jail.
